Wilma Simmons Golden Service Award
The Wilma Simmons Golden Service Award recognizes a member who has been active for many years and has made significant and lasting contributions to the council. Willma Simmons was a Social Studies Supervisor in Duval County and one of the founders of FCSS.
Jane Palmer has served in many roles within the council, including President.
She is presented with the 2011 Wilma Simmons Golden Service Award
by longtime friend and current FCSS President Jason Caros.
