The District 5 “411”

January 2007

Happy New Year to Citrus, Hernando, Lake, Levy, Marion, Pasco, and Sumter County teachers!!

The New Year is always an exciting time! The school year is half over. Oh no! Yippee! Oh no! You know your students, you know what they need, but do you have enough time? Now is the time to dig deep. So, take a deep breath, breathe out slowly. It is really all about you? You have the ability to make choices about your curriculum and the best ways to meet the needs of your students. Those choices can enhance and enrich the academic progress of your students. May all your endeavors be blessed in this upcoming year.

P.S.     Please join us at the FCSS Drive-In Conference in Tallahassee on February 3 2007.   It’s a great way to be around other professionals who care as much about your curriculum as you do. It will help you regenerate your enthusiasm and creativity!      See you there!

Respectfully,

Virginia Parra
