“Between Columbus and Jamestown: Spanish St. Augustine”
Join archeologists, historians, and teachers from across the U.S. for a weeklong summer workshop exploring Spanish St. Augustine, Florida. The workshop, conducted by the Florida Humanities Council, is titled "Between Columbus and Jamestown: Spanish St. Augustine" and is funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities. Accepted educators receive a stipend to cover the costs of food, lodging, and travel. Two week-long workshops will be conducted: June 18-23 and June 25-30, 2007.
