FirstGov.gov is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to USA.gov.

As the U.S. government's official web portal, we listened to feedback from the public that told us that USA.gov is a name that is easier to understand and remember. It's a new name, with the same great services.

In addition, Spanish speakers responded positively to GobiernoUSA.gov as the new name for our website's Spanish-language portal formerly known as espanol.gov.

We are also pleased to offer a new feature of USA.gov -- our "Visitors to the United States" gateway. About 25 percent of visitors to USA.gov come from outside the U.S., including people who wish to visit, study, or do business with the U.S. This new gateway will make it easier for them to locate and use the U.S. government information they need.
