The District 5 “411”

Spring 2007

Hello again to school Citrus, Hernando, Lake, Levy, Marion, Pasco, and Sumter Country teachers!!

We all need recognition for our efforts. This is a good time to pat yourself on the back. You and your students have survived FCAT. The CAT’s back in the box! However, there are other forms of recognition that you may want to consider. FCSS offers a variety of awards to dedicated teachers, and if you are reading this, consider yourself in that special category. Glance through the awards, there may be one just waiting for you or for some other teacher you know. If you have any questions, please contact either me or Joann Wetzl, the FCSS Awards Chair.

P.S.     Spring Break is just around the corner. Kick back, read a good book, go the movies, do lunch with friends, take a quick jaunt… or all of the above. Just enjoy the moment. You’ve worked hard and you deserve to indulge yourself.

Respectfully,

Virginia Parra
