Over 50 exhibitors will be at the conference to display and explain their latest products.  Non-profit organizations will offer displays and materials about their areas of interest.

Among the  special events scheduled to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the first state-wide Social Studies Conference in Florida is the presentation of a grant to Florida State University's Social Studies Education Department, the birthplace of FCSS.  Special guest speakers are Gayle Thieman, NCSS President, and Susan Griffin, NCSS Executive Director.  A silent auction will be held with proceeds benefiting the FCSS Endowment Fund (and ultimately educators like you and their students!)
